Matthew 24:14

And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

I suggest this is happening now but is it being done to the degree that God demands in order for this prophecy to come to pass?

Revelation 5:9

And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

Every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation is a lot to ask in these changing times. The bible has not been translated into every tongue considering there are over 800 languages spoken in Indonesia alone. Then again it does not say the bible has to be translated into all those tongues just that the gospel is spoken there.

In this computer age there is translation software for a great deal of languages. If there is a market for it someone will try and make money from it. The United States is a buyers market, many nations want to learn English just to make money. If there is translation software we have no idea how many of those peoples have visited the gospel in a language they have been studying.

In this computer age there are thousands of webpages presenting both sound doctrine and false doctrine. We can only leave access up to God.

God is faithful and the Father will not leave one of His children behind.

Ephesians 1:4

According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

We can come to Him now by faith. In any loving relationship it is important to enjoy it now rather than waiting for being called home. Relationships take time and effort.

1 Thessalonians 4:16

For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.

Revelation 11:12
Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here!” And they went up to heaven in a cloud, and their enemies watched them.

Revelation 11:12 is calling up the two witnesses that died and were given life again. There is great similarity between them and us.

1 Thessalonians 4:17

Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord.

Revelation 13:15

And it was allowed to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast might even speak and might cause those who would not worship the image of the beast to be slain.

Will we  be taken out before this happens? The timing of these prophecies is difficult to calculate.

Revelation 11:13

And at that hour there was a great earthquake, and a tenth of the city fell. Seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the rest were terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven.

After the taking away of 1 Thessalonians 4:17 the Day of the Lord happens.

Revelation 11:14

The second woe has passed; behold, the third woe is soon to come.

And then the Seventh Trumpet sounded.

Revelation 12:12

Therefore, rejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to you, O earth and sea, for the devil has come down to you in great wrath, because he knows that his time is short!”

Is this the third woe? I have tried over and over again to reconcile these events and it just leads to more and more questions. So I have resolved myself to preach the gospel and then the end will come. I am not exactly sure which end He is referring to in Matthew 24:14.
