John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
The biggest lie out there is that all roads lead to God. It is not that the statement is false, it is the assertion that getting to be in God’s presence is a good thing for all people.
Hebrews 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
Since man is in rebellion against God and will not be judged of God in life, why is it that man should think that after he dies and his life is no longer under his control, that he can escape judgment?
The issue here more than any other is our expected end. Why does anyone believe the end result of their life’s journey has an expected end? What proof does any god provide of their expected end? If they believe a lie they are stuck with that lie come judgment day. If they do not believe in judgment day what is the life they live today?
1 Corinthians 15:32b if the dead rise not? let us eat and drink; for to morrow we die.
Man will live his life after the thoughts of James Dean, live large, die young and leave a good-looking corpse. They will take from life what pleases them with no regard for anyone. They will rebel against society itself and in doing so be shunned by society. Then and only then will they see that the only one who cares is Jesus Christ.
John 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
I offer you this one last insight towards judgment day, the only religion that offers you an attorney that day is Christianity.
1 John 2:1-2 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate(attorney) with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
If you do not have an attorney, how will you answer your judge?
Me? I’m pleading the blood of Jesus Christ.
