John 17:5,24 And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.
These are the passages referenced yesterday in His Glory. God the Father glorifies the Son but note the essence of His glory. It was Christ’s when He was with the Father. Together they shared the glory. Now that we are in Christ we can see the glory of God the Father because we can see Christ.
John 14:9b he that hath seen me hath seen the Father;
How do we see Jesus?
John 14:16,26 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
Ephesians 4:6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
God is One (Galatians 3:20) and if you have One you have all, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. He is all in.
The essence of being all in is that of total undeniable commitment. This is the New Covenant that God made with you at the Cross of Christ. Place your faith in the atoning sacrifice, provided by God, for the forgiveness of sin, and enter into His covenant with those who accept Jesus Christ into their hearts and abide in His love.
John 15:10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.
