Psalm 27:11a,b Teach me thy way, O Lord, and lead me in a plain path,
While the path is under you, it is also before you. As Lot’s wife discovered, looking back is fatal. As you learn to trust the Lord because you are walking in His will, you will not have to worry about every footfall. Ultimately God’s approval is shown in caring about those things that God cares about. His plan for you will take you to those divine appointments in which God will use you to serve His will.
Ephesians 1:9-12 Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself: That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him: In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.
Can you see God’s love for the lost here? His will is to use us to gather Christ’s Bride into Himself, to complete the Bride so that we are not missing one soul, one part, with every hair in place.
Matthew 10:30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
Luke 21:18 But there shall not an hair of your head perish.
1 Corinthians 11:15 But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering.
Revelation 1:14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow;
Isaiah 1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
This is all good, but I especially love the first paragraph. Thx.
